RIRLA processes livestock year-round.

Current processing availability is shown below. Availability can change rapidly. Please plan ahead when possible. You must receive a reply from Heidi (email or phone) before you can be assured of processing on any of the dates shown.

Scalded hogs are only processed on Wednesdays. Any hog limits or closures apply to the week, not specifically skinned or scalded hogs.

In the event of a Monday holiday, the processing date for Beef, Skinned Hog, Veal and Lamb will be on Tuesdays and will be noted as such in the calendar. Scalded Hog slaughter remains on Wednesday for those weeks.

  • August 7, 2017 Monday - 2 Beef Slots Available, Hog, Lamb and Veal are Open
  • August 14, 2017 Monday - 6 Beef Slots Available, Hog, Lamb and Veal are Open
  • August 21, 2017 Monday - 6 Beef Slots Available, Hog, Lamb and Veal are Open
